No. SoLo is an AI assistance system that helps you understand government letters and know your rights. SoLo does not replace legal counsel, but helps you act informed.
Uploaded documents are used exclusively for the current analysis and automatically deleted within 24 hours. We don't permanently store any content and don't share anything with third parties.
SoLo specializes in German social law. Unlike general AI tools, SoLo knows current benefit rates, automatically detects deadlines, creates legally sound template letters, and has built-in crisis detection. Plus, SoLo is GDPR-compliant — your data is processed according to Anthropic's privacy policy and not used for AI training without consent.
No. SoLo works completely anonymously and without registration. Optionally, you can save your conversation with a 6-digit code and continue later.

No. SoLo is free for everyone. For organizations and counseling centers, we offer an extended integration — contact us.
SoLo automatically detects crisis situations based on what you describe. In cases of acute danger (suicidal thoughts, homelessness, missing medications, power/heating cut-offs, financial shortfall), SoLo immediately shows emergency contacts: crisis hotlines, counseling services, women's shelters. The chat remains usable throughout — SoLo does not lock you out.
SoLo is based on a controlled legal architecture with the Social Code (SGB) as its primary source, supplemented by official guidelines, information sheets and administrative notices. Unlike general AI tools, SoLo does not improvise from the internet but works with verified expert knowledge.
Yes. SoLo recognizes when a case reaches the limits of AI support — for example with contradictory legal situations, ongoing court proceedings or acute risk of self-harm. In such cases, SoLo recommends specific contact points: social counseling, debt counseling, social associations, or the crisis hotline.
When minor children in your household are affected by the situation, SoLo automatically increases urgency. The escalation threshold lowers, so vulnerable children are protected faster. SoLo does not ask for names or birth dates — only whether children are affected and their approximate age range.
SoLo is available in German, English, Turkish, and Ukrainian. You can write in your language — SoLo responds in the same language. Formal documents like template letters are created in German because they are directed at German authorities.
SoLo can prepare 11 different document types: follow-up cover letters, deadline preservation letters, statements of facts, responses to hearings, urgency letters, status inquiry requests, and more. All documents are drafts — you review and decide whether to send them.
